Who: The Latin Clubs from Riverbend HS and
Chancellor HS
What: The Chick-fil-A Challenge, a.k.a., the Latin Clubs Toga Tournament
When: Saturday, August 20, 11:00 AM
Where: The Chick-fil-A Restaurant on Plank Road (Route 3)
Why: To earn Spirit Points in the annual Spirit Week Competition between
RHS and ChHS
How: Sign up with Mr. Keith ASAP (Send him
an e-mail)
The Latin Events
Water Balloon Toss
Try to catch the water balloon without breaking it! It breaks, you're out! Last one standing wins for their club!
Chariot Race
One chariot, one rider, 2-4 "horses" pulling! First to complete the course wins for their club!
We will need a chariot...
Chick-fil-A Nugget Eating Contest
Uh-huh! That's right! Who can eat the most Chick-fil-A nuggets in the time allowed? There may be different categories...
Details
Only Latin Club members may participate
All friends, families, and students encouraged to come to cheer on the competition
Participants must wear a toga. Wreaths will be available to wear around head.
Signs promoting Latin and supporting Latin Club are expected
